All overlays are under-surface printed with UV-stable inks, protecting graphics from scratches, chemicals, and daily wear, keeping your product looking professional for years.
With a wide range of material finishes, adhesives, embossing options, display windows, and cut-out configurations, each overlay is designed to integrate seamlessly into your product. There are no minimum order quantities, so whether you need a single prototype or a full production run, we can deliver exactly what you need.
This can also mean no tooling costs for some of our range (excluding those with some additional features).

Material Options
Autotex Polyester™
Our most advanced material, ideal for high-touch applications. It delivers excellent abrasion resistance, a soft tactile finish, and exceptional flex-life. Its fine velvet surface allows for superior optically clear windows, and it performs reliably from -40°C to +85°C.
Polycarbonate (Gloss or Velvet)
A robust, dimensionally stable substrate that excels in extreme temperatures. At 250 microns thick, it is highly resistant to impact, scratching, and chemical cleaning. It is ideal for equipment exposed to heat, cold, or tough industrial conditions, operating from -40°C to +160°C.
Mark-Resistant Vinyl
A cost-effective yet durable option for indoor and very light outdoor applications. Available in gloss or velvet finishes, it withstands daily handling, chemical cleaning.
Variable Data Solutions
For traceability, asset management, or unique identification, we offer advanced variable data overlays. You can integrate barcodes, QR codes, DataMatrix codes, serial numbers, service and inspection information, authentication data, and even GPS-linked identifiers. This enables efficient asset tracking, streamlined maintenance, and anti-counterfeiting measures.

Every overlay is manufactured to your exact dimensions, with precision cut-lines to match your panel layout or enclosure, ensuring a clean, accurate and professional finish.
Cuts Outs
We can add accurate cut outs for switches, connectors, displays, LEDs and ports. This allows full functionality of the underlying hardware while keeping the surface protected and clearly labelled.
Adhesive Free Area
Adhesive-free zones can be specified where required, helping to prevent bonding over screens, vents, sensors or components that need to remain exposed or removable.
Buttons
Integrated button areas can be built into the overlay design, including tactile, embossed or flat membrane-style options. This creates a durable, easy-to-clean interface while protecting the electronics beneath.
Windows
Clear viewing windows can be added to allow visibility of screens, indicators or displays without compromising the protective surface of the panel.
