Attempting to peel or pick at the label causes the material to fragment into small pieces it simply cannot be removed in one piece. This makes tampering immediately obvious, acting as a powerful deterrent against theft and unauthorised relocation of equipment. The print offers UV, abrasion, and medium chemical resistance, ensuring the label remains legible throughout its life in a typical office or educational environment.

Made from a specialist ‘VOID’ polyester material, these labels are designed to leave the word VOID permanently on the surface of the product if removal is attempted. At the same time, the word is removed from the label itself, meaning it cannot be transferred to another item and reused. Standard barcodes (Code 39 / Code 128): The most widely used formats across offices and educational establishments, compatible with the vast majority of scanners and asset management systems. If you already use scanning software, it almost certainly supports Code 39 or Code 128.
QR codes: Store significantly more data than a linear barcode and can be scanned with any smartphone no dedicated scanner needed. Ideal when each label needs to link to a web page, a maintenance record, a user manual, or a specific asset management database entry.
Datamatrix codes: Offer the highest data density of all three formats, making them ideal when labels are small but need to carry a large amount of information. Commonly used where space on the label is limited.
