Overview
The UltraTuff asset tag is designed to offer exceptional durability and performance in demanding environments. Produced with heavy-duty mark resistant vinyl top layer, these tags provide excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals and general wear. The unique under-surface printing technique seals the print between the layers, ensuring that the print remains protected long-term, even in harsh conditions.

Applications & Use
These asset tags are ideal for a variety of applications, particularly in industries where high-use, portable assets are prevalent. Devices like laptops, tablets, cameras, and computers, as well as high-value tools, can all benefit from the UltraTuff tag’s rugged design.
All variable number ranges will be printed in sequential order unless otherwise directed. For example, numbered labels with a starting number of 1001, you would receive labels with the numbers 1001, 1002, 1003, etc

UltraTuff Durable Asset Tag
The tag’s permanent Fasson® general-purpose adhesive cures securely to most flat surfaces, ensuring it remains firmly attached and is resistant to regular cleaning, exposure to chemicals, and harsh environmental factors. However, due to the semi-rigid nature of the label, it is not suitable for tightly curved surfaces.
Key Features
For added flexibility, the UltraTuff asset tags are digitally printed in full color (CMYK), using either pre-made templates from our ‘Advanced or Basic Designers’ or customer-supplied artwork. This allows for logos, text, sequential numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and Datamatrix codes to be included at no extra cost. Sequential numbering is typically printed in ascending order, with single-digit increments unless otherwise requested. Artwork proofs will be sent for approval before manufacturing to ensure everything meets your expectations.

For peace of mind, we keep records of all labels manufactured, so when you place repeat orders, we will check to ensure that numbers are not duplicated or run out of sequence. The tags are manufactured in A4 sheets for easy handling and application, ensuring convenience in labeling and inventory management.
