Overview
The UltraTuff asset tag is designed to offer exceptional durability and performance in demanding environments. Produced with heavy-duty mark resistant vinyl top layer, these tags provide excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals and general wear. The unique under-surface printing technique seals the print between the layers, ensuring that the print remains protected long-term, even in harsh conditions.

UltraTuff Durable Asset Tag
The tag’s permanent FlexMount® acrylic adhesive cures securely to most flat surfaces, ensuring it remains firmly attached and is resistant to regular cleaning, exposure to chemicals, and harsh environmental factors. However, due to the semi-rigid nature of the label, it is not suitable for tightly curved surfaces.
Key Features
For added flexibility, the UltraTuff asset tags are digitally printed in full color (CMYK), using either pre-made templates from our ‘Advanced or Basic Designers’ or customer-supplied artwork. This allows for logos, text, sequential numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and Datamatrix codes to be included at no extra cost. Sequential numbering is typically printed in ascending order, with single-digit increments unless otherwise requested. Artwork proofs will be sent for approval before manufacturing to ensure everything meets your expectations.
